Managed Magento hosting, built and tuned by the same Australian team that develops and supports the stores running on it. Australian servers, a stack shaped around Magento 2, and someone on the phone in your timezone when something breaks.

Most Magento performance problems that land on our desk are not code problems. They are a store built for a full page cache running without one, a database server using stock settings from a shared host, PHP capped at 256M, or cron quietly failing for three weeks. Magento 2 is demanding in very specific ways, and generic hosting does not account for any of them.
We have spent more than a decade running Magento stores in Australia, so the hosting we provide is shaped by what actually goes wrong in production. Every environment is sized to the store it carries, not sold as a fixed plan you have to grow into.
Nothing exotic and nothing proprietary. This is the stack Magento 2 is designed to run on, configured properly and kept current. You keep full visibility of it, and you are never locked into a platform you cannot leave.
Technologies we deploy, tune and maintain
Magento 2 hosting is only half a server. The rest is the operational work that keeps it fast and safe once real traffic arrives. All of the following is part of the service rather than an optional extra.
Cache layers, PHP workers, database configuration and image delivery tuned against your real traffic, then measured with Core Web Vitals rather than a synthetic score.
Adobe security patches, OS and stack updates, a tuned web application firewall, a protected admin path, TLS certificates and file permission hygiene.
A production mirror for extension installs, upgrades and theme work, so nothing untested reaches your customers.
Uptime, resource and cron monitoring with alerts that reach a human. Most incidents are dealt with before anyone thinks to ring us about them.
Automated database and file backups held offsite, with restores actually tested. An untested backup is not a backup.
You reach the people who built the environment, not a first line script. Same team for hosting, development and support, so nothing gets bounced between vendors.
Every Magento 2 hosting environment is different, so we do not publish fixed plans. Costs vary with catalogue size, order volume, store views and the extensions you run. Tell us what the store looks like and we will size it honestly.
The right fit for most Australian stores. A private virtual server sized to your catalogue and traffic, provisioned, tuned and maintained by us. Grow the resources as the store grows instead of paying for headroom up front.
For high traffic stores, large multi-store setups and catalogues in the hundreds of thousands of SKUs. Dedicated hardware with no noisy neighbours, and services split across nodes where it helps.
Happy with your current provider but not with the performance? Keep the server and let us configure it. Cache layers, PHP, database, search, cron and security hardening, done on your infrastructure.
Moving a live store is the part clients worry about most, so we do it in a fixed order. We build and tune the new environment first, restore a copy of the database and media, then run the store there while we test checkout, payment gateways, shipping methods, email delivery, cron and indexers. Once it behaves, we schedule a quiet window, run a final delta sync and switch DNS with a lowered TTL. The old environment stays up until we are confident the new one is stable, so there is always a way back.
We handle Australian shipping and payment integrations regularly, including Australia Post, so the configuration that usually breaks in a migration gets checked rather than assumed. We also maintain and publish our own Magento 2 Australia Post extension.
Magento 2 is not a normal PHP application. It expects a full page cache, a dedicated cache and session backend, a search engine, a reliable cron runner and a generous PHP memory limit. Shared hosting gives you none of those, plus a hard cap on processes and a shared database server you cannot tune. A Magento specific stack runs Varnish in front of the store, Redis for cache and sessions, OpenSearch for catalogue search, PHP-FPM pools sized for your traffic, and OPcache large enough to hold the generated code base.
In Australian data centres, so your customers are not paying a round trip to Singapore or the United States on every uncached request. Australian hosting also keeps store data onshore, which matters if you hold customer records under the Privacy Act. If a large share of your traffic is offshore, we will usually put a CDN in front of the origin rather than move the server.
It depends on the store. Catalogue size, order volume, the number of store views, how many third party extensions are installed and whether you need staging all change the resources required. We size the server to the store rather than selling fixed plans, so you are not paying for headroom you will never use. Send us your traffic and catalogue numbers and we will quote against them.
Yes. If you already run a VPS or dedicated server, or you are committed to a particular provider, we can configure and tune that box for Magento 2 instead of moving you. That covers the web and PHP layer, full page cache, Redis, search, database tuning, cron reliability, backups and security hardening.
Very little. We build and test the new environment first, sync the database and media, then run a final delta sync during a quiet window before switching DNS. Orders placed during the cutover are captured, and the old environment stays available until we are satisfied the new one is stable.
Yes. We apply Adobe security patches, keep the operating system and stack packages current, maintain TLS certificates and a web application firewall, and test patches on a staging copy before they reach production.
Current Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce releases, and older 2.x stores that have not been upgraded yet. If you are on an unsupported version we will host it while we plan the upgrade, but we will also be direct with you about the security exposure of staying there.
Magento is what we specialise in, and it is where the tuning work pays off. We do host the supporting sites that sit around a Magento store, such as a WordPress blog or a headless front end, on the same infrastructure.
Then we fix the code. We are Magento developers as well as system administrators, so a slow query in a third party extension does not become a finger pointing exercise between your host and your agency.
Tell us what you are running now, what is slow, and where it hurts. We will tell you whether you need a bigger server or a better configured one, and we will be straight with you if the answer is that your current host is fine.
